ARMOR

The first ARMOR module

One connected
quality workflow.

ARMOR QMS brings the everyday work of aviation quality into a structured system: plan the audit, capture the evidence, assign the action and verify the outcome.

Current status: implemented workflows are undergoing staged testing and release validation. Demonstrations use controlled data. Production onboarding is not yet generally available.

01Current build

Audit programmes & checklists

Plan audit activity, work with versioned checklists and keep the audit record connected to its findings.

02Current build

Findings & corrective actions

Record findings, assign responsible owners and work through responses, root-cause analysis and closure verification.

03Current build

Evidence & controlled documents

Keep supporting records linked to the work and manage controlled documents and acknowledgement workflows.

04Current build

Personnel compliance records

Organise requirements, proof and verification records to support personnel compliance reviews.

05Current build

Management oversight

Use quality performance indicators, management reviews and reporting workflows to examine the quality picture.

06Current build

SMS Lite

Link safety reporting, triage, risk and actions to the quality workflow. This is not a claim of a complete standalone SMS suite.

A guided demonstration

Follow a finding
all the way through.

A demonstration is centred on a coherent workflow, not a tour of disconnected screens.

  1. Start with an audit

Review the programme, checklist and supporting evidence.

  2. Assign and respond

Follow a finding into corrective action, ownership and response.

  3. Review the outcome

Examine verification, closure and the management view.

Your questions, answered.

Can we use ARMOR in production now?

ARMOR QMS is still in validation. Request a demonstration to discuss readiness and onboarding requirements. No general availability or release date is promised here.

Does ARMOR guarantee regulatory compliance?

No. It supports the organisation and execution of quality work. Your operation remains responsible for its approved processes, decisions and applicable requirements. Regulatory source coverage must be confirmed for your intended use.

Does it work offline?

Offline Android workflows are part of the build and testing programme. Physical-device validation, synchronisation limits and your intended operating conditions need to be confirmed before deployment.

What does it cost?

Public pricing has not been released. We’ll discuss the scope and commercial terms before any commitment.

Will this replace our existing system?

That depends on your requirements. The first step is understanding your current process and gaps. Migration, data handling and acceptance criteria should be agreed before any transition.
